Oh my I'm so sorry for not posting anything lately I've been so buzy, first I'm in the play Annie- I'm Molly- then it was my Birthday!!!(: So I turned 11 and I had a party with my friends. It was really fun, we had savory crepes for dinner and for dessert we had chocolate fondue with pineapple, strawberries, graham crackers and marshmallows. I thought everything was delicious as did everyone else, we also had a lot of fun games. For my Birthday from my parents I got 2 cooking books, first I got A Crepes book of all different kinds, second I got a book called Ethnic Foods of Hawai'i, which has many yummy treats that I love. I wanted to do a shout out to Lush, if you don't know what lush is well it is a place where you can buy beauty cosmetics, like bubble bars and bath bombs and shower gels and such. Crepes

Hey, peeps

so today was just a crepe making day... I mean for real I made crepes for brunch and @ about 9:30 p.m. I made more. I would say I made about 60 crepes, for my Birthday and just for brunch. Crepes are a very very thin pancake that you eat with fruit, whip cream, and nutella or for a savory crepe you can put cheese, bacon and spinach, basically anything you want to put on it. The reason why I was making so many pretty late at night is because my Birthday is coming up, I'm turning eleven. Anyways, I made so many 'cause I'm going to be using them to make pizza with. The brunch was delicioous. Soo heres some pics!!!(:

Back to reality

Hello,
So I am back home now and the plane ride was not that bad but it was a redeye. Last night me and my mom made a very yummy homemade pizza while babysitting my baby cousins. We just bought some white crust dough and rolled it out and put it on a cookie tray with olive oil drizzled on it. Then we put our sauce, mine was just pizza sauce. Next we put our toppings on, mine were just pepperoni and artichoke hearts. I love artichoke hearts. Anyways it was delicious and everyone loved it. For my birthday I'm going to have a make it yourself pizza bar also, it is going to be soo good.

Last days

Hi, so today is our last day here in Hawaii and last night we saw our friends and had dinner with them at this mexican restaurant... It was pretty good and thats coming from a person that only has mexican restaurants where I live... well thats a little over exagerated... we do also have asian restaurants because my family ownes one. Anyways, so I went to a mexicano resauranto and it was called Los Garcia. I got a chimichanga with shredded beef. And for dessert I got fried cheesecake wrapped in something like tortilla. Now the appearance was not very welcoming, the thing about it that most invited me in was there cute quaint outdoor seating. bye!:)

Dukes pics

Hey everyone these are my pics from Dukes the other night!!!(:

Dukes

Hey everybody so the other night we went to a restaurant named Dukes and it was sooo delicious, I had shrimp scampi that me and my sister shared and it was sauteed in capers and just perfectly drizzled with creamy sauce. The shrimp was just beautifully cooked in garlic and butter. For dessert we went to a place that we had never been to before called Crepe House, it was pretty good except it was kind of expensive for the quantity of it. We got a strawberry mango one with whip cream and lightly dizzled with chocolate. It was good but if you ever go to boston you have to try their crepe carts in the mall!!! ooo yum(:

Pinapple room/Goma Tei

Hello!!! So yesterday we went to this restaurant in Ala Moana center called The Pineapple Room with my grandpa. They serve Pacific Asian fusion food. It was just delicious, my sister and I shared baked shrimp with saimin noodles in a creamy sauce. The shrimp had a garlic butter sauce on it with its shells all on. for dessert I had the ''Halo Halo'' which is fresh tropical fruit (mangos, bananas, melons, pineapples, azuki beans and strawberries) with tapioca pudding and coconut ice. That was very refreshing!! The night before that we went to a restaurant called Goma Tei which they serve ramen noodles. We got two orders and shared them between the four of us, one with a shoyu broth and one with a Goma char siu (sesame broth w/ pork). The shoyu was a little bit bland compared to other places I've been but the Char siu was very good because it was slowly BBQed so it fell apart in the broth! mmm... and for dessert we went to Leonard's, the house of malasadas. Oh my gosh have you ever tasted a malasada if you did you would never like doughnuts the same way! They are plops of yeast dough deep fried and covered with sugar :)
Talk to you all soon bye
